Bronze pipes
Bronze is a hard material with better anti-corrosive properties. Alloys offered:
- CuSn7Zn4Pb7: semi-hard bronze, resistant to corrosion in seawater, has good sliding properties and good wear resistance, under working conditions not exceeding 200°C, it is the most widely used bronze on the market
- CuSn12: hard bronze, with high resistance to corrosion, impact and cavitations, has excellent performance under heavy loads and high pressures (up to 80 MPa)
- CuSn10Pb10: the bronze that best combines the properties of machining and sliding.
FREQUENT USE AREAS FOR BRONZE PIPES
- Cusn7Zn4Pb7 automotive fittings, washers, bearings, crane bearings, bushings, diesel engine screw bushings, connectors, press lever bearings, fuel pump bushings, general purpose bushings, hydraulic press main liner, press bushings, hydraulic press filler box, machine tool bushings and bearings, spindle main bearings, pump rotors, water pump bushings
- CuSn12:bearings, bushings in heavy-duty machines with low rotational speed, gear wheels, gearboxes, valve bodies, speed reducers, bevel gears
- Cusn10Pb10:nuts, motor washers, brackets, applications requiring resistance to acidic sulphite fluids, bearing plates, bearings, high speed and high pressure bushings, corrosion resistant castings, crankshafts, high load and high speed bearings, rotors, machine parts, pressure resistant sealed castings, pumps, sliding guides for steel factories, large bearings for ships
