FLAT SHEET
Aluminium sheet is widely used in various fields, due to its excellent mechanical properties, low specific weight (a third compared to steel), very good welding properties, anti-corrosion properties and last but not least due to its recycling property.
COMMON AREAS OF USE FOR THIN ALUMINIUM SHEET
Aluminium foil is used in machine building,
- the automotive industry,
- the food industry,
- the chemical industry,
- in civil construction,
- in the shipbuilding and aviation industry,
- in the rail transport industry,
- where the use of aluminium is substantial.
- Aluminium sheet - alloy EN AW 1050A (Al99,5)
Aluminium sheet - alloy EN AW 1050A (Al99,5)It is the most common and used alloy. It is frequently used in the advertising industry, roofing, containers, foils, flexible tubes for air vents, offset plates for printing, manufacture of boilers, protective foils, kitchenware, chemical and food industry equipment, lighting fixtures. It has high corrosion resistance. It has good lacquering and anodising properties. It can be processed very easily by deformation.
