LIMA - SL-3-W
LIMA is a professional gutter and downpipe rolling machine, designed for the fast and precise production of sheet metal rainwater systems. Thanks to its robust construction and modern forming technology, the machine can produce a wide variety of profiles, including semicircular gutters, DIN-type gutters, long-neck gutters, quarter-round profiles, water channels, stiffening ribs and downpipe circles. With a usable working length of up to 4,000 mm and the capacity to process materials with thicknesses between 0.8 and 0.9 mm, LIMA delivers high productivity and consistent results even under intensive use.
The forming process is precise and repeatable, ensuring elements with a high-quality finish and excellent rigidity. The machine is intended for sheet metal workshops, manufacturers of rainwater systems and companies specializing in sheet metal processing, being a reliable solution for producing gutters and downpipes used in residential as well as commercial or industrial construction.

Schlebach QUADRO-KS
QUADRO+ is a multifunctional profiling line, developed by Schlebach Germany, designed for the production of profiles for standing seam roofs and facade cassettes. Thanks to its modular system and pivoting cassettes with 10 or 12 profiling stations, the same machine can produce over 20 types of profiles, and the configuration change is performed quickly, significantly reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
In the QUADRO+ KS version, the strip is fed directly from the coil, transported, cut to the desired length, conically profiled and formed in a single operation, eliminating intermediate processes and optimizing the production flow. This function is ideal for manufacturing conical elements used for domes, towers, circular roofs or other complex architectural projects.
The line is equipped with a touchscreen PLC control, which allows precise input of lengths and quantities, ensuring a tolerance of ±1-2 mm along the entire length of the profile. The large number of profiling stations guarantees progressive deformation of the material and superior quality of the finished profile, even with sensitive materials.
QUADRO+ processes strips with widths between 300 and 800 mm, reaching a maximum profiling speed of 20 m/min, being suitable both for series production and for customized projects.
The modular construction allows the integration of additional equipment, such as the AK-Quad punching unit, the UKST edging module, as well as various material unwinding and handling systems, adapting the line to the requirements of each manufacturer.
Jorns JDB 150
The Jorns JDB 150 machine is designed for both industrial production and architectural applications, engineered for the precise bending of sheet metal according to drawings. It offers high flexibility in creating elements for facades, roofs, closing and finishing systems, metal structures, and various technical components. Thanks to its double-bending technology, it allows the forming of all edges without turning the workpiece over, significantly reducing working time and the risk of deformation.

The cutting of semi-finished products, especially aluminum plates, requires high-performance equipment.
That’s why we have chosen the BRIGANTO plate cutting machine to deliver high-quality services.

Schelling FM6
The maximum dimensions that can be processed on these machines are: 3100 mm × 2200 mm
Thickness range that can be cut: 8–135 mm
Limitations:
- Copper and brass plates can be cut to dimensions exceeding 50 mm in both length and width.
- Standard plate formats used for cutting: Copper Plates and Brass Plates
- The minimum delivery quantity is 1 piece, cut to the dimensions specified in the order.
Cutting dimensional tolerances:
- Machine cutting tolerance: ±0.5 mm
- Recommended and guaranteed safety tolerance: -0/+1.0 mm
Following the cutting process, the plates are labeled with the following identification information:
- Customer name
- Alloy identification
- Finished product dimensions
- Any customer-specific identification codes can also be included on the label.
Cut-to-size items are packaged according to the quantity, using wooden pallets, protective cardboard, and stretch film. Special packaging solutions can be provided upon request.
