Special copper bars

Special copper bars: in addition to Cu-DHP and Cu-ETP copper alloys used for general purposes where special performance is desired in terms of weldability, machinability on automatic lathes, electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance in a marine environment or copper purity for hydrogen resistance, recommended alloys include CuTeP, CuSP, Cu-HCP, CU-PHC, Cu-OF, Cu-OFE, CuCr1Zr, CuNi10Fe1Mn.

 

COMMON AREAS OF USE FOR SPECIAL COPPER BARS:

Shipbuilding, offshore industry, automotive industry, electrical engineering, electrical systems and appliances, machine and equipment construction, contact materials and electric current transport, welding and soldering (electrodes, electrode holders, nozzles for welding machines.

In the form of round, square, rectangular and hexagonal bars in the size range round, drawn: 6 - 152 mm, round extruded: 40 - 230 mm, square, drawn: 10 - 110 mm and square, extruded: 40 - 110 mm.

Minimum order quantity: 300 - 500 kg or subject to availability.
